At The Anchor, a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant located within a five-star property at Chelsea Harbour, I was responsible for designing a comprehensive suite of branded materials in line with established brand guidelines. This included careful adherence to typefaces, colour palettes, and image selection to maintain a cohesive and elegant visual identity. I produced a full range of menus—covering food, afternoon tea, drinks, brunch, and a large-format A3 menu intended for outdoor display—ensuring each item was visually aligned and user-friendly.

To support day-to-day operations, menus were created in PowerPoint to allow easy updates by hotel staff. For promotional purposes, I designed posters in Adobe Illustrator, formatted for both print and digital use. The digital versions were optimised for display on a screen in the hotel lobby, ensuring maximum visibility for guests and enhancing the restaurant’s overall presence within the property.
