A fully self-directed editorial design project produced in Adobe InDesign, created to enhance the guest experience and encourage Millennium loyalty enrolments. I led the project end to end, managing original photography, research and content sourcing, bespoke map illustrations created in Adobe Illustrator, and final layout and design execution.

The guide was designed to support guests throughout their stay by presenting London in a clear, intuitive and engaging way. It is now being retrofitted for mobile use, with a focus on improved accessibility, usability and on-the-go navigation. I am also exploring opportunities to extend the concept to other hub locations, including New York, Singapore and Auckland.
